- The front desk officer will report to the admin manager and will work closely with finance to ensure smooth office operations on a daily basis.
- Receive clients and visitors.
- Provide administrative/secretarial support as and when needed.
- Manage office supplies and be responsible for inventory.
- Receive and record incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- First degree in a relevant discipline.
- 1 – 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Document control skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Schedule management skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Computer skills including MS Word.
- Candidates should reside around Lekki, Lagos.
N65,000 – N70,000 Monthly.
