Overview of Job Description
- Capture all expenses and post appropriately in the software system used by the office.
- Capture all income and post appropriately in the software system.
- Run monthly Salary accounts and monitor Staff requests for leave and leave allowances.
- Conducting financial investigations and audits of all accounts and companies.
- Manage Balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
- Reconcile bank statements, proper description of withdrawals to match Tax requirements, calculate Tax payments and returns and ensure payment and compliance of Tax, PAYE, Pencomm, and other federal dues. (NSITF, ITF, etc).
- Liaise with Pension companies to fulfill requirements for staff benefits.
- Liaising and payment of all Local Government and State Tax dues.
- Present ACCURATE and timely reports to the Managing Director on all accounts.
- Monitor expenses on assets, impress and ensure proper capturing of all information.
